The founder and president of the Singpoli Group is Kin Hui. It has been his vision to bring together independent companies as part of an associated group to provide broader and better service to its member clients and greater opportunities for its members. Below is Mr. Hui and his family story.
In 1977, in the ultra competitive environment that has always been Hong Kong's construction industry, Singpoli was founded by Herman Hui who left his professorship in Structural Engineering at the famed Tong Ji University in Shanghai. Little did he know that in the ensuing fourteen years Singpoli would have gone on to participate in the creation of some of the more enduring landmarks in China – People's Great Hall, Lufthansa Friendship Store and Asian Games Village, all in Beijing; the Sunshine Hotel in Shenzhen and Westlake Hotel in Fuzhou.
Kin Hui started Singpoli Construction in the US in 1991 in California. While serving clients for their construction projects, Mr. Hui wasted no time assembling a portfolio of properties through the years: 115 Columbia in Aliso Viejo, which made the lowest purchase price record as per L.A. Times; 2 North Lake High Rise, Constance Hotel and Bank of America building in Pasadena; Singpoli Plaza, Singpoli Center in Arcadia and many other commercial properties throughout Southern California.
Today, Mr. Hui has expanded the recognition and prestiege of the Singpoli name. As the founder of Singpoli Group, Mr. Hui offers a great wealth of experience, knowledge, and resources to provide the the members of the group broader and better opportunities.
