Kin Hui

Kin Hui has been active in the acquisition, development, and management of real properties in Southern California since the early 1990's. He is the founder and CEO of Singpoli Group, LLC, an association of independent companies. He is also the principal of various business entities which he helps to manage.

Kin Hui obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Woodbury University with a major in Interior Design and a minor in Business Administration. He is also an avid horseman active in the breeding and racing of thoroughbred horses. Kin enjoys providing help to disadvantaged children and founded Kin Hui Charity Foundation devoted to helping orphaned children around the world. Moreover, he also serves as honorary chairman of the Los Angeles Chinese Chamber of Commerce.

William Chu

A career banker for 25 years, William has been a senior executive and CEO of various banks in New York, Little Rock, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. A CPA and MBA, William is the president of Invest LA Regional Center and a member of the Singpoli Group.

Ivy Leung-Hui

A graduate of Woodbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting, Ivy Hui passed the CPA exams with distinction in California in 1991. Ivy Hui is the CFO and oversees the finances of Singpoli Construction.

Philip Kim

A licensed attorney since 1998, Philip is the president of Singpoli Realty, a commercial and residential brokerage firm, and also acts as general counsel to Singpoli.

Ed Blumenthal

A licensed attorney in Illinois since 1974 and California since 1994, Ed has over thirty years of transactional and negotiating experience as an attorney and business executive. Ed serves as the managing director of Singpoli Management.

Robert Ritner

Founder and Principal of PDG, Robert Ritner has built a client list of governmental, institutional and corporate clients including Alcatel-Lucent, IBM, Kaiser Permanente, US Navy Centers, and several County Governments, with specialization in technology related projects. Robert has been a guest speaker at Emerson's Asia Data Center conference in Hong Kong and has received numerous awards.
