Singpoli Capital Corporation and an experienced developer are co-developing a dual brand hotel featuring a Marriott Courtyard and a Residence Inn. They will be select service hotels substantially enhanced by the waterfront location and the benefits associated with them.

The select-service, water-front hotels have a total of 288 rooms, 159 rooms in Marriott Courtyard and 129 rooms in Residence Inn. A 1.6 acre wetlands park is being built on the western portion of the development. The project has received all the required approvals and is scheduled to open in 2017.
