Kin Hui

Kin Hui is the CEO of Singpoli Capital Corporation & Chairman of Invest L.A. Regional Center. He leads Singpoli companies that specialize in real estate investment and development, general construction, property management, plus architectural and building design.

His philosophy in life is to give back to the community. Singpoli has provided sponsorships to many non-profit organizations, such as the Pasadena Symphony and Pops, American Cancer Society, California Institute of Technology, Huntington Library, Pasadena City College, University of California, Irvine, and many more. Mr. Hui is also involved in community service as he is a board member of the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership, a board member of USC Arcadia Hospital Foundation, & a board member of the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation.

Inspired by his desire to reach out to the community, Singpoli has sponsored award-winning floats in Pasadena’s annual Tournament of Roses Parade since 2014. On January 1, 2016, Singpoli’s third Rose Parade float, “Marco Polo-East Meets West,” won the prestigious Sweepstakes Award. During 2017, Mr. Hui led his team to work on the fifth float “Singpoli American BD 2018 Rose Float – Rising Above” and proudly won the top prize Sweepstakes Trophy again on January 1, 2018.

From giving back to the community to developing enormous projects to fruition, Mr. Hui has also received numerous recognitions from the U.S. Congress, California State Senate, California State Assembly, County of Los Angeles, and City of Los Angeles in honor of his community service and contributions. He was given the Congressional Leadership of the Year Award by Congresswoman Judy Chu, the Malaysia Sultan of Pahang (awarded the Order of Dato D.I.M.P), the World Federation of Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization & Yazhou Zhoukan jointly awarded The Excellence in Achievement of World Chinese Youth Entrepreneurs Award, to name a few.
